At Social High Tea, we specialize in providing social media management and strategy services, design services including social media templates and brand design, semi-custom branding, as well as offering 1:1 online consultations. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website, and by engaging with us, you agree to these terms.

Social High Tea offers the following services:

• Social Media Management & Strategy: We manage and strategize social media platforms to enhance your online presence.

• Design Services: We provide design services for social media templates and brand design projects.

• Semi-Custom Branding: Tailored branding solutions to meet your unique business needs.

• Online Consultations: Direct consultations to assist with your specific needs in social media and branding.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary information promptly to facilitate service delivery.

• Respect copyright laws and acknowledge that all designs and strategic outputs are protected under copyright.

• Engage respectfully with our team, remembering that there is a human behind each interaction.

• Understand that all digital product sales are final with no refunds due to their digital nature.

Currently, account registration is not required to access our services. This may change in the future, and we will update these terms accordingly.

Fees and Payments

• Services: For ongoing services, clients will be invoiced monthly, as per the agreed contract terms.

• Digital Products: Payments for digital products must be made in full before access is granted.

Upon completion of any project, all intellectual property rights pertaining to the created content will be transferred to the client. However, Social High Tea reserves the right to use any content for our portfolio and promotional purposes across various media.

Termination of Services

• Client Initiated Termination: You may terminate the service agreement by providing at least a 4-week written notice. Failure to provide such notice will incur a termination fee of 35% of the total project fee.

• Breach of Agreement: Either party may terminate the agreement immediately if there is a breach of a material provision. The defaulting party must indemnify the non-defaulting party against all reasonable damages.

In the event of a dispute, we strongly prefer to resolve issues through mediation. However, if necessary, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or legal action under Indian Penal Law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
