We started with a dream to make the social media world feel a bit more personal and a lot more approachable - that it could use a little more heart and a lot more human. We are rooted in the idea that behind every great brand is an even greater story waiting to be told.
From crafting our very first Instagram post to managing multiple social media accounts for various brands today, it’s always been about more than just posts and likes - it's about making real connections!
We laugh, we brainstorm, we sometimes overthink, but in the end, we make sure we’re adding true value to each brand we touch.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Ridhi or simply R!
I left my office job a while back to start something that felt more me and that's exactly how Social High Tea began! Just a small idea that grew into something bigger. It started out as a gig project, but then with a lot of consistent efforts, sleepless nights and overthinking, it turned into a real business that helps other business owner feel at ease with their social media presence and also helps their brand grow in a genuine way.
This journey has changed me a lot. I used to be super intimidated by conversations with strangers from across the globe and nervous during meetings, but now things have changed and I’m my most confident self, guiding my team and helping my clients.

I believe in being real and honest, and I carry this into my work. It’s important for me to connect genuinely with everyone I work with, and I really care about making a difference in their lives. I’m all about helping in a way that’s truly valuable, not just about making money.

I really think everything happens for a reason, and I try to learn from whatever life throws at me. But I also believe it’s important to stand up for yourself and not let others take you for granted.

When I'm not working, you might find me curled up with a good book, listening to interesting podcasts, or learning something new about history. I love taking long walks, especially when it's windy, it just refreshes my mind.

A few fun things about me! I'm pretty short, just 4'11", I can’t swim and I'm a Gemini. I have a labrador named Hachi, and I prefer mountains over beaches. I've studied a lot of different things, from medicine to commerce, before I got into marketing.
